The structural frame of your chair, including the steel or aluminium base and backrest skeleton, is covered against manufacturing defects, unexpected fractures, and any failure that occurs under normal sitting conditions within the warranty period. The gas cylinder and height adjustment mechanism are covered against sinking, sticking, or failure to hold a set position. All reclining and tilt mechanisms, including the tilt tension knob and recline lock, are covered against mechanical failure that occurs during normal use. Armrest adjustment mechanisms, including height, width, depth, and pivot functions on 4D armrest models, are covered against breakage, slippage, or loss of adjustment range. The lumbar support mechanism on chairs with a built in adjustable lumbar system is covered against loss of depth or height adjustment functionality. Foam and cushioning are covered against premature compression and bottoming out that occurs within the first twelve months of purchase. Seam integrity on upholstery is covered against splitting or separation that occurs under normal use conditions.

Budget Gaming Chairs (under $100) carry a one year warranty on the structural frame and all mechanical components. Upholstery and foam are covered for six months against manufacturing defects.
All warranty periods begin from the confirmed date of delivery to your address.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
We believe in being completely transparent about the boundaries of our warranty so there are never any surprises. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or use outside of the chair’s stated weight capacity. It does not cover normal wear and tear on upholstery, including natural fading, minor surface scuffs, or gradual softening of foam that occurs after the covered period. It does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, modification of the chair beyond manufacturer guidelines, or use of third party replacement parts. It does not cover cosmetic damage reported after the first fourteen days of delivery, including scratches, dents, or colour variations that do not affect function. Commercial or multi user environments, such as gaming cafes or shared office spaces, are not covered under our standard consumer warranty unless a commercial plan has been agreed upon separately with our team.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Making a warranty claim with us is designed to be as simple and stress free as possible. Please have your order number ready along with a brief description of the issue and, where possible, two or three photographs or a short video clearly showing the fault. Our team will respond within one business day to assess your claim and guide you through the next steps. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement part, a full chair replacement, or a store credit at our discretion and in discussion with you. We cover return shipping costs on all approved warranty claims. You will never be asked to pay out of pocket to correct a fault that was ours.

Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a full refund under our thirty day satisfaction guarantee, the chair must be returned in a condition that reasonably reflects normal use during the trial period. We do not expect the chair to be in perfect showroom condition after thirty days of real use and we would never penalize you for that. However, chairs with significant damage beyond normal use, missing components, or evidence of deliberate modification may be subject to a partial refund assessment. Chairs that were purchased during a promotional event or as part of a bundle deal are eligible for return but the refund will reflect the price paid rather than the standard retail price.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our team at sales@ergogamingchair.com or use the returns portal linked in your original order confirmation email. Provide your order number and the reason for your return, which helps us continuously improve our product selection and service. Once your return request is approved, which typically happens within one business day, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label so there is no cost to you. Once the chair has been received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within five to seven business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation at each stage of the process so you always know exactly where your return stands.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your chair for a different model rather than receive a refund, we are happy to arrange that within the thirty day window. Simply contact our team, let us know which model you would prefer, and we will process the exchange and cover the return shipping on the original chair. If the replacement model is a higher price, you will only be charged the difference. If it is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. Exchanges are processed within two to three business days of the original chair being received at our warehouse.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your chair arrives with damage from transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within forty eight hours of delivery with photographs of the damage or the incorrect item. We will arrange a priority replacement at no cost to you and cover all associated shipping. Transit damage and fulfilment errors are entirely our responsibility and we treat them as urgent matters that are resolved as quickly as possible, typically within two to four business days depending on your location.
